COVID-19 Update 05/01/21

We are still, still here!

Further to our previous announcements, we would like to update you with regard to the latest government lockdown information, and how it is affecting 17D.

Importantly, 17D are still operating, and whilst the pandemic and it's repercussions have caused some difficulties with order handling in the preceeding months, we are currently functioning almost normally. That is not to say that from time to time orders have been, and still may be, held up, often due to circumstances beyond our control, but we are doing our best to keep up with the increased workload that has resulted from many people being stuck at home for months wanting projects to work on!

So we cannot guarantee deliveries will always be as quick as we would like, but at the same time many off the shelf and in stock products are shipped within 2 - 3 days.

We continue to follow Covid safety practices, but would still also strongly recommend that when receiving deliveries from us that you ask the delivery driver to leave parcels outside, when practical, ask the driver to sign on your behalf, and also clean any received items down - to be extra safe.

We are very grateful for the continued support of our customers, and wish you and your loved ones well for the coming weeks, and hope that things will getting back to at leat the "new normal" in the not too distant future.
